Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule with greater than 24 hours notice. The process of coaching requires honesty and commitment, therefore, if the client does not disclose their full situation, or does not use the coaching solutions provided, there is no guarantee to our services. We strive to deliver the best results, in the quickest manner possible, however due to individual circumstance, we cannot guarantee a specific time frame to meet clients' goals. All coaching timeframes and outcomes are client driven.
